Artist Statement
With over 17 years’ experience as a practicing visual artist working across many different mediums and design briefs, combined with expertise in fabrication, planning, processes, team management and installations, Scott’s strong collaborative focus will ensure his artworks will be treasured investment pieces that work to best complement the landscapes they are situated in.
Scott is not a regularly exhibiting artist as his time spent undertaking freelance fabrications and private commissions keeps him well occupied. His private sculptural installations can be found across Perth and in the South-West, with opportunities for new private sector commissions open via the Perth Garden and Outdoor Living Festival in 2023.
His most recent design, Queen of the Bay, will feature beneath the Busselton Jetty in 2023. This highly competitive project also features art from 11 other well-known and established artists and will be part of an underwater living reef and tourism project in the South-West.
